Look-Up Tables

Look-up tables are separate list or spreadsheets that link to the main recipient list and are used to add or modify dynamic textual content.

Use Look-Up Tables to convert variable values on a one to one, or one to many basis.

For example, if using a long name for US states, you can convert this value into an abbreviated version. ' California' is converted to 'CA' and so on.
